School report - week one

Hello everyone! Last week I went to primary school for the first time. My first week was afternoons only. I had a really good week and I'm settling in really well. When Mummy & Daddy ask "What did you do at school today?" I usually reply "I can't remember" but I've really done lots of things.

My first week was a settling in week where I got to know my teacher, Mrs Parkinson, and my classmates. I also learnt the layout of the school so now I know where everything is. We talked about colours and shapes and had stories too.

This week I'm doing mornings only - I start full days next week.

So far it's been really good, but I'm tired and grumpy when I'm at home. I'll have to listen to Mum & Dad and go to bed a bit earlier I think!

Lapland UK 2007

Because Daddy has fixed the camcorder I can finally present to you our visit to Lapland UK from November 2007! We travelled to Kent and were magically transported to Lapland. There was snow, elves, husky dogs, reindeer, gingerbread and more!

Santa isn't on the video as he's apparently a little camera shy, but we did indeed meet him before heading back home.

My first trip to the bowling alley

I've recently become a bit of an expert at bowling on the Nintendo Wii and usually beat Mummy and Daddy. So they decided that I was allowed to go with my cousin Canada to a real bowling alley. I really enjoyed it and did very well, although I found the balls a bit heavy (Daddy had to help me). No strikes for me on this first attempt, but I did get a few spares.

The Little Snowman

Here's Harrison singing us a little song entitled "I'm a Little Snowman"...

I'm a little snowman round and fat,
I've got a wooly scarf and a little bobble hat,
When the snow is falling you will hear me say,
"Come and build a snowman on Christmas day!"

Biking on the prom

Today was a stunning, if rather cold, winter day so I took my new bike out and rode up and down Morecambe promenade. I rode so fast that Daddy had to run to keep up with me.

When I was finally worn out we went for some dinner at The Grove restaurant.
